Responsible for identifying, creating and developing new opportunities for the Business and maturing them to a Sales closure. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective client opportunities, ensuring that there is active and productive progress towards obtaining a contract. Responsible for identifying and continuously improving activities that can affect customer perceptions Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and ensure the clients' concerns are address effectively. Negotiate with vendors on product, pricing, marketing activities, technical support, sales rebate etc.
1. Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree 2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales 3. Hard core Systems, CCTV, Structured cabling Telephone Systems Networking and IT Security sales experience preferred 4. Strong IT & Industry Knowledge preferred. 5. Knowledge of relevant local IT Market 6. Good Presentation & Negotiation Skills. 6. UAE driving license.
Customer Support Engineer
Maintenance and support on telephone systems (AVAYA, NEC or PANASONIC) ,CCTV ,Finger Print Reader and Attendance system. Configure setup and maintain Firewall, VPN connectivity’s and Security appliances. Project execution and designing of structured cabling, wireless and wired data networks. Good communication skill.
- 1. Engineering Diploma.
- 2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in any relevant systems. UAE/GCC experience preferred but not mandatory.
